Q. How will BubbleGroom house calls prevent a mess in my home?

A. ​Integrity, Excellence, and Respect for People are core to BubbleGroom's operating principles. These principles are applied to everything           that we do, which includes caring for your home. We have procedures and tools to help prevent and contain most of the mess before it               happens. The minimal mess that may incur is easily and quickly cleaned up

Q. ​What are the different ways I can prepare my home for a BubbleGroom appointment?

A. A minimum 4 ft. X 3 ft. of workspace is required. 

   

      Whether, in the bathroom, kitchen, or laundry room, please remove as much clutter and items from the floor and countertops as possible,

Q. Why do I need to provide the towels?

A. BubbleGroom holds safety and sanitation in high regard. Shared towels, even if laundered, can spread communicable diseases and bacteria       (such as staph, E.coli, bed bugs, or fleas) to humans and dogs. The clean towels already within your home are the most sanitary and safe             solution for your dog and home.

Q. How long should I expect the appointment to last?

A. BubbleGroom's arrival window is approximately ~15 minutes. Most services are completed in approximately one hour or less.
      Depending on your dog’s coat, behavior, and the setup in your home, times may vary.

Q. Am I allowed to be in the same room as my dog? 

A. The safety of your dog is my number one priority. Anything we can do to minimize distractions that may alter the behavior or actions of your       dog is preferred.

Q. Do I need to be home during my grooming appointment? 

A. Every dog parent is required to be at home for the first appointment.

      For subsequent appointments, on a case-by-case basis.
